Kwanzaa is the annual seven day (December 26-January 1) celebration originated by US in which we all come together and re-dedicate our lives to the Nguzo Saba (7 principles). The Kinara is the iconic center piece for the celebration. Every day during Kwanzaa, a new candle stick of the Kinara is lit culminating with the lighting of all 7 candles on the final day of the celebration.
